Shipping Policy

After an order has processed it ships out. Below are the time frame of shipping. Shipping cost are calculated depending on total weight of your order.That can be viewed when checking out. After you have received  your package we will get confirmed details that it has been delivered.

Order Processing

  • We process orders based on item purchased. ex, wedding dresses takes a longer processing time.. Processing times can be viewed on product page before checking out.
  • Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
  • If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at info@karlenelindsaydesigns.com.  We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
  • Tracking info will be emailed to you once order is shipped.
  • Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.


    *International order- packages may be charged import duties and/or customs fees; these fees are determined by customs officials and are not included in the shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any applicable charges.

    Store pickup

    For your safety, as an option we offer curbside pick-up at our location.. Curbside pick-up will be available up to one hour before store closing.

    Here's what to do when you arrive at the store for curbside pickup:

    1. Call the store to notify them that you've arrived.
    2. Provide your first and last name, order number and vehicle make/color to the Team Member on the phone
    3. Please be patient while we work to bring your order to your car. Wait times may be longer than normal due to the increased use of this service.
