Do you make special orders?

Yes, we make special customized orders. If you see an item that you need an adjustment on or design a look just for you, we can do that. 

Do you restock items?

Our products are limited so restocking is not available.

Do I need to create an account to shop from you?

No, Accounts are optional only if you want to be on the VIP list. 

How long does processing takes after making a purchase?

Processing varies depending on the item purchased, wedding dresses could be 1-6 weeks and sale items ship within 24 hours. 

Can I return a sale item?

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, but alterations are available free of charge.
