Setting up a Bridal Registry is another crucial part of the wedding planning process.  With so many options to chose from it can be a little overwhelming for couples. If you haven’t set up yours yet I have a few tips to help you move forward.  Here we go.

Practicality is Key

When adding items to your wedding registry think about practicality.  While it is tempting to go for your dream gifts be sure to look for items you will use in your everyday life.

Choose High & Low Items

Another thing to consider is adding high & low items to your list. Keep in mind potential gift givers are working with different types of budgets.

Make it A Collaborative Effort

Why not include your fiancé in this part of the wedding planning process? He can add some gifts that he may have his eye on as well ones you can both enjoy.

Don’t Forget the Thank You Notes

Take some time to send out thank you notes to your guests. Need help with the time frame? According to The Knot, it is two weeks for gifts received before the wedding & a month after your honeymoon for those sent on or after your wedding.

Use these tips and get ready to build your wedding registry like a pro.
